WePractice is an innovative company committed to strengthening mental health in Switzerland. Founded in 2020, the company has been part of Medbase and thus the Migros Cooperative Federation since 2024. The now 16 modern psychotherapy practices are located in central Swiss locations - including Bern, Zurich, Basel, St. Gallen, Zug, Baden, Winterthur, and Chur. WePractice's goal is to provide people with first-class psychological support and to create an environment where everyone can reach their full potential. WePractice offers psychotherapy services in various disciplines. As an attractive employer, WePractice trains psychotherapists in training at all locations every year and maintains close contact with various Swiss further education institutions and professional associations. Regularly conducted further training ensures continuous development of internal and external specialists, and the company also acts as a cooperation and network partner.
