Ward Personnel was established in 2010. We are a specialist provider of labour, trades, technical staff and management staff to the Irish Construction Industry. Among the various types of manual workers we provide are Gatemen, Nightwatchmen, Storemen, Office Cleaners, Traffic Management Operatives, General Operatives, Skilled Operatives, Snaggers, Ground Workers, Pipe Layers, Concrete Finishers, Steel Fixers, Machine Drivers (eg Teleporter, Excavator, Mini-Digger, 360 Teleporter, 180 Excavator, Tractor-Dozer etc), Crane Drivers (eg Tower Crane, Mobile Crane, Self-Erect Crane, Crawler Crane), Carpenters, Blocklayers, Plasterers, Taper Jointers, Painters, Welders. Among the various types of technical and management staff we provide are the following: Foremen, Finishing Foremen, Site Managers, Project Managers, Contracts Managers, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Health & Safety Officers, Administrators & Secretaries. Our aim is to build long-term relationships with all of our clients and this is at the core of how we operate. We appreciate every order we receive from our clients and we understand that it is very important to our clients, that we get the right candidate to them for every vacancy. For this reason, we take great care in selecting our candidates and if we cannot find a candidate that we are happy to provide, we will explain that to our client and we will leave the vacancy unfilled. We would prefer to leave a vacancy unfilled than to supply a candidate that we know to be a wrong fit for our client’s requirements.
