About Würth Deutschland

Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG is the market leader in Germany, employing over 7,900 people and generating sales of 2.4 billion Euros in the 2023 fiscal year, according to preliminary financial statements (including intercompany sales). Norbert Heckmann, spokesperson for the management board, on Würth's strategy: "We connect sales channels. We solve technical challenges and fulfill every customer's individual needs. And we know that only continuous development makes a company attractive to its customers." We are a leading manufacturer of fastening technology. More than 125,000 products are subject to our high quality standards. Professional users value screws, screw accessories, anchors, chemical-technical products, furniture and building fittings, tools, storage and retrieval systems, and work safety. Our goal is simple: to make our customers' work easier through individual services, practical system solutions, and a broad product range. We work with over 650,000 customers from trade, construction, and industry in Germany. A huge number, but only when every single customer is at the center do we live up to our guiding principle: Every customer their Würth. With specially tailored solutions and offers, the one-person craft business can concentrate on its actual work just as much as the globally operating industrial company. Innovative solutions arise from direct interaction with our customers. We rely on a mix of direct sales, stationary retail, and e-business. Over 3,200 permanent field sales employees personally support our customers on-site in Germany. Over 590 sales branches supply customers throughout Germany for immediate needs. E-business is becoming increasingly important for us, but it means more than just offering an e-shop; it also includes e-procurement or apps like Click & Collect.
