About VTC Enterprises

BEACON is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities to thrive. It was formed through the merger of VTC Enterprises and LOVARC, combining over 60 years of shared legacy in service, employment, and community support on California’s Central Coast into one unified organization. As an Employment First agency, BEACON creates opportunities for individuals to thrive through job training, employment services, life-enrichment programs and support that promotes independence, inclusion, and full participation in our community. The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) assists service providers in demonstrating value by the quality of their services and meeting internationally-recognized organizational and program standards. We are accredited by CARF International, earning 15 consecutive 3-Year accreditations.
