About Vollmann Group

Our heart beats for metal. We are experts in metal processing. With 60 project engineers, we support our customers in the development and production of more than 100 new projects per year and process around 140,000 tons of steel, 1,000 tons of stainless steel, 10,000 tons of aluminum and high-strength steels annually. From this, we manufacture over 450 million stamped, deep‑drawn and body parts as well as complex assemblies, with part prices ranging from 7 cents to 70 euros, for approximately 5,000 different items for Tier 1 and OEM customers in the automotive industry. We shape plastics. Our plastics engineering project engineers work hand in hand with their colleagues in metal processing. Together with our customers, we search for lightweight design solutions and already process glass‑mat reinforced thermoplastics. 2K and hybrid technology are also part of our holistic approach. We process more than 3,000 tons of technically demanding plastic granulates for functional and visible parts and produce over 100 million plastic components with part prices ranging from 1 cent to 10 euros for customers in the automotive industry. The Vollmann Group is a responsible family-owned company with a crisis-proof tradition of more than one hundred years and the courage to take innovative paths. As a reliable employer, we are closely connected to our locations. We rely on our employees, because their knowledge and strengths are the potential of our corporate group. We generate around €400 million in group sales with approximately 1,750 employees on more than 170,000 m² of production space at 15 locations (Germany: 11, Czech Republic: 2, Hungary: 2). Our key customers are Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs.
