Vogel Beratung

About Vogel Beratung

With over 3,500 clients and more than 100 employees, we are the largest tax consultancy in Ostwürttemberg — rooted in the SME sector, active throughout Germany. What sustains us: a team of specialists that provides in-depth answers, which traditional firms cannot match in breadth. Deeper expertise. More advanced technology. Clearer strategy. For Talents: A compelling growth story awaits you. We are building the tax consultancy we wish we had ourselves: modern structures, dedicated teams for Tech, Growth, and Operations — and a pool of experts that few firms can offer in such breadth. Those who want to specialize in consulting — advisory, international tax, succession planning, M&A — will find clients, teams, and momentum with us. Those seeking responsibility will find it here. Those who want prospects will build them with us. We are looking for people who want to help shape things — in tax consulting and far beyond. For Entrepreneurs: What sets us apart: We specialize. While traditional firms burden their consultants with IT, marketing, and administration, dedicated teams handle these tasks for us. This creates space for real consulting — and for a full-service portfolio in a breadth and depth that smaller firms cannot offer. For you, this means a single point of contact who has thoroughly understood your needs, backed by a pool of experts — from ongoing tax consulting, VAT, international tax, and succession planning to structuring and transactions. Plus, a company that continuously invests in processes and technology to make your consulting faster, more precise, and more forward-looking. Do you run a firm and are considering the next phase? We are not a PE fund with an exit horizon, nor a corporation with bureaucracy — but a partner for owners who want to remain operationally independent and benefit from the Vogel network. We look forward to speaking with you.
