Vivida Assistans's operations include the coordination of personal assistants for people with disabilities throughout Sweden. We are here to facilitate everyday life for children, young people, and adults who are in need of personal assistance. Together with the customer, and based on our core values of care, responsibility, competence, and trust, we design the assistance so that our customers' everyday lives become as simple as possible. Vivida was founded out of a commitment and a desire to increase the industry's professionalism, as well as dissatisfaction with the focus placed on the industry's more unserious actors. The goal of starting Vivida was to create an assistance coordinator that can offer people with disabilities quality assistance with high participation and full insight. The starting point is to run the company in accordance with a strong ethical value system. The basis for quality assistance is the result of a balance between the company, the assistant, and the person with a disability. Vivida therefore invests heavily in our assistants. This is done, among other things, through investment in skills development and a good working environment.
