Vivantes is an organization that provides care and services to the elderly. We are strongly rooted in and connected with the Westelijke Mijnstreek. In nine locations, spread across the centers of Geleen, Stein, Elsloo, Urmond, and Beek, we have been providing loving elderly care for decades that is close to everyday life in these centers. We know our clients and their surroundings. We try to ensure that our clients can lead as pleasant a life as possible. Our customer advisors will discuss your wishes and needs with you. They will go through the various options for care and support with you and your partner or family. From the moment you contact us, the customer advisor is your permanent point of contact at Vivantes. The customer advisor will guide you in a friendly and personal manner, and can support you in various ways in organizing the care and services you need (including, for example, applying for a care indication).
