The Viseca consists of the parent company – Viseca Payment Services SA – and the subsidiary Viseca Card Services SA. The Viseca Payment Services SA bundles the company's processing business. This business unit offers services related to the card business to client banks that wish to issue payment cards themselves. Viseca Card Services SA is responsible for issuing payment cards as an issuing company. It offers a wide range of state-of-the-art card products to client banks as well as end customers. Viseca is 100 percent owned by Swiss retail and cantonal banks. These include the Raiffeisen Group, the cantonal banks, regional banks, Migros Bank, Bank Cler, as well as commercial and private banks.
