Vires Conferre is Latin for "connecting strengths" and that is exactly what we do. We connect candidates with interesting companies, thus creating suitable options for dynamically developing careers. We always strive to win the best available candidates (m/f/d) on the market for a position and for our clients. With currently 25 recruitment consultants and a total of around 50 employees in Berlin and Hamburg, we see ourselves as a medium-sized personnel consultancy with a broadly trained network of contacts to potential candidates. Our consulting focus is on Executive Search, Recruitment, Interim Management Solutions, Aptitude Diagnostics, and Personnel Development. Our clients include internationally operating corporations as well as medium-sized and owner-managed companies. However, we also advise non-profit organizations and, to a constantly increasing extent, companies from the public sector.
