Village of Schaumburg

About Village of Schaumburg

Although Schaumburg is the largest center of economic development in the State of Illinois, outside the City of Chicago, it is still very much a community of neighbors and neighborhoods. Quality of life is important to us and we are constantly working to enhance it. Schaumburg boasts more than 80 miles of bike paths, the Schaumburg Prairie Center for the Arts with a 442-seat theater, gallery and outdoor stage, and Spring Valley Nature Sanctuary. With excellent schools, a superb park district and superior village services, Schaumburg is a wonderful place to live, work and raise a family. And if you just want to visit, our hotels, restaurants and shops will make your stay comfortable. Please take the time to learn about the village. We strive to provide residents, businesses and visitors with the information they need to live, work and play in the community. Our goal is to inform, communicate and provide services which enhance your experience living, working or playing in Schaumburg. Tom Dailly Village President
