Village n°1 Entreprises is a group made up of two insertion companies and one adapted work company specializing in service provision for businesses and individuals. Together, they offer a wide range of quality services to help companies outsource certain tasks and thus focus on their core business. Among the services offered are: industrial production with packaging and packing, electronic archiving and digitization of documents with complete security and confidentiality, telephone secretarial services to outsource incoming calls, as well as call center, cleaning, and green space maintenance services. With over 600 workers, Village n°1 Entreprises is one of the largest employers in Walloon Brabant. The company's objective is to support people with disabilities or excluded from the traditional job market by offering them quality employment and tailored support. This support aims for personal fulfillment at work and reintegration into the traditional job market.
