Founded by Andrew Maass, Jeff Stevens, and Matt Walker—three law school graduates who met at St. Joseph Central Catholic High School in Huntington, WV—the company began with a simple mission. Each founder had a family member in need of home care, and after researching available options, they saw a gap: affordable, family-centered care was hard to find. So, they set out to create a solution—a reliable source of help, support, and compassion. Today, we provide non-medical services to support your loved one as they navigate the aging process. Our caregivers assist with activities of daily living, offering personalized care that ranges from companionship and hygiene assistance to light housework and transportation. Whether it’s helping with bathing, eating, toileting, grooming, or errands, our hands-on approach allows us to meet the unique needs of each individual. What started in Barboursville, WV, with one employee has grown over the past 13 years to more than 65 locations across the Midwest and Eastern United States, employing over 4,000 dedicated staff members. Our commitment to affordable, reliable care with fully vetted, locally connected caregivers remains unchanged. Our mission, “keep your heart at home,” reflects our goal: helping older adults live as comfortably and safely as possible in their own homes. Though the company has grown, it remains owned and operated by the same three founders. Our team is guided by common-sense principles and a commitment to doing the right thing. Every location is managed by people from the community, ensuring that staff and client relationships are built on trust and local connection. Our managers aren’t just overseeing care—they’re supporting their friends and neighbors.
