About Villadim

Villadim is the new name of the company Groupe Ericlor since January 1, 2014. This name change accompanies the evolution of a regional group dedicated to the trades of construction, real estate development, and land development. Villadim operates throughout the greater West through its six individual home construction brands: Maisons Ericlor, Priméa, Keewiz, Logis de Vendée, Tanaïs and Mortier Construction. The group thus deploys 20 points of sale spread across 9 departments. Thanks to its expertise, Villadim has established itself among the leaders in its market and builds its reputation daily with the constant concern of providing the greatest satisfaction to its customers. By relying on four essential values: Quality, Innovation, Aesthetics, Service, Villadim benefits from 30 years of experience in the design and marketing of tailor-made or catalogue individual houses. Possessing skills rarely combined within the same group, VILLADIM is a privileged partner for local authorities, public or private developers and urban planning agencies to offer them solutions for the development and marketing of areas to be urbanized.
