Villa Viva - a house that builds wells! We are a social guesthouse, a social business for clean drinking water, we stand for creative and non-profit urban development and combine a new form of tourism with a public benefit orientation. Both the development of the Villa Viva property and the Villa Viva guesthouse are majority-owned by non-profit organizations and pursue the vision "Water for All!". Thanks to social investors in the shareholder gang - who provided the equity capital for the project - the non-profit organizations Viva con Agua Foundation and Viva con Agua de Sankt Pauli e. V. hold 67% of Villa Viva Holding without having invested a cent for it. They steer the project strategically and culturally and benefit from the majority of the project's entire value creation. Thus, no donation money flows into the development, construction or operation of Villa Viva - rather Villa Viva is a house that builds wells!
