About Victory Starts Now

Victory Starts Now (VSN) — Transforming Lives and Communities Through Compassionate Justice Reform Victory Starts Now is a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to repairing the harm inflicted by the justice system and empowering justice-impacted individuals to rebuild their lives. With over a decade of experience, we focus on providing comprehensive support services—including interim housing, mental health treatment, counseling, and life skills training—to help individuals achieve self-sufficiency and positive community reintegration. Our innovative 3-step approach emphasizes community-based mental health diversion, tailored re-entry services, and expert consultations for organizations seeking to create meaningful change in their communities. Led by a passionate leadership team and guided by a strategic Board of Trustees, VSN is dedicated to fostering healing, inclusivity, and systemic reform. Located in Los Angeles, we serve the most vulnerable populations—people impacted by the justice system and their families—offering holistic care, educational opportunities, residential accommodations, and community outreach programs. Our mission is to empower justice-impacted individuals to become responsible, self-sufficient, and productive members of society, ultimately contributing to healthier, more inclusive communities. Join us in turning compassion into action—because healing starts now. Victory Starts Now — Repairing Damage, Restoring Lives.
