Care and medical services: Under the brands Pro Seniore, Residenz Ambiente, SenVital, Best Care, and other individual brands, Victor’s Group operates over 120 facilities in the healthcare sector throughout Germany. This makes it one of the largest providers of care and residential facilities in Germany. Hotels and gastronomy: In Germany, 14 Victor’s Residenz-Hotels appeal to both leisure and business travelers. Near Lisbon, Victor’s operates the holiday home complex Victor’s Portugal Malveira-Guincho. Catering and building management: Victor’s Health Care was founded in Mannheim in 1990 and has since been deployed nationwide as a specialist for catering and services in the healthcare and social sectors. Of course, all of this is only possible with competent, motivated people: Around 12,500 employees work for Victor’s Group – and the number is rising. With several company-owned vocational schools and vibrant training and further education systems, Victor’s continuously invests in new specialists and managers, but also offers long-serving employees the best opportunities for advancement.
