Viana & Moura Construções was born from the dream of ensuring the acquisition of a home for families, especially those with a monthly family income of up to 3 minimum wages. Founded in 2003 by Pedro Ivo Viana Moura in the city of Belo Jardim, Pernambuco, Brazil, it saw its dream take flight and expand to the cities of Santa Cruz do Capibaribe, Caruaru, Garanhuns, Igarassu, and Jaboatão dos Guararapes in Pernambuco, as well as Itaitinga in Ceará. Viana & Moura Construções operates mainly through Federal Government Housing Programs, being considered one of the largest companies in the North and Northeast in terms of houses built, with over 13,000 housing units delivered by 2021. Currently, the company has over 1,000 direct employees who work towards the mission of: "Contributing to people's happiness by delivering charming and sustainable villages."
