VENTEC S.A.

About VENTEC S.A.

Ventec was established in Morocco in 1949 by Albert MARQUET, CEO of Ventec in France. The initial investments involved purchasing land in Ain Sebaa and constructing a workshop focused on manufacturing industrial fans and air handling units for local industrial ventilation systems. In 1960, Ventec secured the exclusive representation in Morocco for the global air conditioning leader, Carrier, named after its inventor, Willis Carrier. The Moroccanization in 1974 led to the inclusion of prominent national shareholders, both institutional and private. This marked the beginning of steady and harmonious growth for this small but significant company, which at the time had 50 employees, generated 7 million dirhams in revenue, and had 1.6 billion dirhams in equity. Today, the Group comprises 5 companies: Ventec (the parent company), Ecowell, Indusparc, MCS, and Ventec Africa.
