Vasakronan is Sweden's leading real estate company. We own, develop, and manage commercial properties in Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, and Malmö. We are climate-neutral in the operation of our properties, environmentally certified according to ISO14001, and were the first in Sweden to offer green lease agreements, which today is industry standard. Since 2009, we have halved our total energy consumption and we work consistently and systematically with, among other things, operational optimization and energy investments to halve it again. In 2010, we were the first in Sweden to launch and implement green lease agreements, which today is industry standard. In November 2013, we issued the world's first green corporate bond, and in December 2014, we were the first in Europe to environmentally certify a large number of properties according to LEED Volume for existing buildings.
