About Val d'Oise Habitat

Office Public HLM created in 1969, Val d’Oise Habitat continues its significant growth with a portfolio of nearly 23,000 managed properties and asserts its ambitions for territorial projects in the Val d’Oise. Val d’Oise Habitat assumes its social and societal responsibilities by continuing its ambitious development program, diversifying its product offering, and leveraging its expertise to advise, support, and execute territorial projects. We go far beyond simple housing by promoting residential pathways and being an actor in local life. We specifically build adapted housing throughout tenants' life journeys: student residences, social housing, LLI, senior residences, etc. Finally, we facilitate social diversity in neighborhoods by offering our tenants the opportunity to become homeowners through advantageous conditions, including PSLA (Social Rental Purchase Loan) programs. We also support local commerce with over 200 commercial spaces. By working on the living environment and social connection to maintain serenity and "living well together," the tenant is at the heart of our concerns. Our public service mission is also reflected in our daily social support for families.
