Germany is short 8,330 driving instructors. 1.37 million student drivers are waiting. The legislator promotes simulation-based training, but most driving schools lack the space, capital, and personnel for their own equipment. uu-hh operates shared simulation centers with professional driving simulators. Driving schools send their students to us — per unit, without contractual obligation, without upfront investment. We handle operation, personnel, technology, and maintenance. The driving school's process remains unchanged. The result: Driving schools retain full control over how simulation is integrated into their instruction. Students gain confidence before they go on the road. And the implementation of new requirements proceeds — without operational effort. Zero investment. Zero risk. Zero operational effort.
