About UQ Sport Ltd

For more than a century, UQ Sport has led sport and recreation at The University of Queensland. We’re a not-for-profit organisation committed to promoting sport, physical recreation and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle within UQ. From our beginnings in 1911 – when we were known as ‘The University of Queensland Sports and Physical Recreation Association’ – to today, operating one of the state’s largest multi-sport complexes, our purpose has remained the same: to inject our communities with joy, vitality, and a sense of connection.
