We are a bar-restaurant specializing in traditional Basque cuisine, with a premises of approximately 400 m² and a familiar and close atmosphere, both with clients and within the team. We specialize in daily menus and special menus, offering service from Monday to Saturday only during lunchtime, with no dinner service. Our work is based on home-style cooking, well-prepared with quality products, aimed at a regular clientele who value good food, speed of service, and professional treatment. The workload is concentrated at midday, allowing for clear service organization and stable hours. We are looking for a cook with a vocation for traditional cuisine, who is responsible and committed, and eager to join a solid team and establish a long-term working relationship. We particularly value seriousness, consistency, and the ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.
