About UCRM

The UCRM is an Association under the French Law of 1901, recognized as being of general interest and delegated public service. For over 75 years, it has been working in the Occitanie Region, assisting populations facing social exclusion or vulnerability. It offers social support for accessing and maintaining accommodation, housing, training, and professional integration, as well as coordinating health-related actions for individuals. Each year, we welcome, advise, support, house, guide, and train over 10,000 people. We are present and provide services in 8 departments of the Occitanie Region: Ariège, Aveyron, Haute-Garonne, Gers, Hérault, Lot, Tarn, and Tarn-et-Garonne. The UCRM is committed to promoting humanistic values that underpin its commitment and actions: Citizenship: promoting access to rights and opportunities for all, respecting everyone's duties. Responsibility: ensuring everyone feels responsible for themselves and the community. Fraternity: contributing to greater social justice. The actions undertaken by the Association must meet a dual requirement, engaging both employees and volunteers. The first is an ethical imperative, by which governance and field professional practices are evaluated. The second is a duty of foresight and innovation, requiring strong territorial roots and an capacity for experimentation. Our Association manages 17 approved social and medico-social establishments and nearly forty contractualized programs in the fields of integration, vocational training, and housing search.
