About twy

TWY is the acronym for There With You. A name that encompasses a simple and powerful promise: to always be there, with empathy, reliability, and intelligence. Because every answer we give is not just a service: it's a gesture that can improve life. We were born as Call2Net, with over 15 years of experience and a strong innovative spirit that has made us protagonists in the world of Customer Interaction. Today we have 11 operational offices throughout Italy (Milan, Turin, Marcon, Prato, Rome, Casalnuovo di Napoli, Gallipoli, Maglie, Cagliari, Palermo and Ivrea) and the Headquarters in Iasi, Romania. Our more than 2,000 collaborators work with passion for over 50 national and international brands, offering advanced customer care and digital outsourcing solutions. At TWY, intelligent technologies – such as hyper automation, AI and martech – work together with people to create valuable experiences.
