TwoBirds Company

About TwoBirds Company

We believe in a new kind of entrepreneurship. Where a visionary entrepreneur is no longer all-decisive. Too often we see entrepreneurs stumble over their own ambitions. Too often we see professionals in organizations hit the same wall. But then on the other side of it. Our solution enables entrepreneurs to undertake again. In addition, the company starts moving again. Win-win. Or rather: killing two birds with one stone. The introduction of a second-in-command does not happen by itself. The process takes time and attention, which you might prefer to spend on other matters. Only with a careful match and sufficient support will you reach the next level as a king couple. We support the entrepreneur and their right-hand person by guiding them step by step through their joint journey. We do this based on our experience and expertise in this area.
