About TTG Staffing Solutions

At TTG Staffing Solutions, we believe the best hire is never just the fastest one. Our name says it all. TTG stands for "Tee-to-Green," a golf statistic that measures not just one great shot, but every single shot that gets you to your end result. That is exactly how we approach staffing. We don't measure our success by how quickly we fill a position. We measure it by how well a candidate fits the role, the team, and the culture of the organization they are joining. Because a hire that looks right on paper but doesn't belong in the room costs everyone time, money, and momentum. TTG was built to bridge the gap between small and medium-sized businesses in the Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland area and the quality talent they deserve. For too long, growing businesses have been underserved by a staffing industry that moves fast and settles for close enough. We were built to change that. Our approach is personal and relationship-driven at every step. We take the time to understand not just what a company needs on a job description, but who they are as an organization and what kind of person will genuinely thrive within their team. On the candidate side, we represent every individual with professionalism and care, because a job search is rarely just a career decision. For many people, it is a life decision. We proudly serve clients across Home Improvement, Blue-Collar Trades, and Financial Services, placing laborers, administrative professionals, salespeople, middle and upper management, and operations personnel across the Chicagoland region. Our mission is simple: build every relationship on a foundation of trust, work rigorously to fulfill every client requirement, represent every candidate with integrity, and never compromise on the values this company was built on. We are growing our presence across Chicagoland, expanding into new markets, and building a team that genuinely believes staffing done right changes lives on both sides of every placement. That's TTG.
