TTG Recruitment (The Turner Group)

About TTG Recruitment (The Turner Group)

Why consider TTG Recruitment? Simple. We love what we do and we have fun doing it. Our people, our values, our history and our culture all combine to make us the recruitment consulting team we are proud to be. We approach everything we do with energy and unquestionable ethics. Yes, we think we’re different. We love to focus on solving recruitment challenges – never losing sight of our clients’ needs and our candidates’ careers. People have always been our business. Back in 1991, Martin Turner and three colleagues recognised the need for a boutique, relationship-oriented recruitment company to service the banking, finance and professional services sectors in Brisbane. The idea became reality, and it worked. Martin became sole owner and Director of the business in 2003. With new branding as The Turner Group, and a move to larger premises in 2005, the business gained momentum and became established as a leading provider of recruitment consulting and human resources services to a broad range of industry sectors, including financial services, education, not-for-profit and government-owned corporations. As a small company, we have weathered volatile national and global economic climates, and outlasted many of our peers. We have learnt to build on our strengths, consolidate our relationships, and reinvent ourselves in new markets. Twenty years later in 2025, after already been known for some time as TTG Recruitment, or even TTG for short, we have now made the name official. Here we are today with a great team, an amazing tenure of service, still doing what we love.
