About Truepear

At Truepear, our goal is to help companies find matching candidates who will thrive in their work setting resulting in a stronger, more successful business. Too much emphasis is placed on a candidate's hard skills and qualifications; and not enough emphasis is placed on whether or not they are good fit for your team. Our solution is a web based software tool which allows companies and recruiters to assess compatibility between candidate and the company before any interviews are even scheduled.
