Truckwash 1

About Truckwash 1

Truckwash 1 Group We wash trucks. At 18 locations in the Netherlands, and a 19th will be added in October. Simple work, but it has to be done well. A driver drives in with a dirty truck and drives away with a clean one. What we want to do differently: that it happens quickly, that it's done right, and that they return next time because they had a pleasant experience here. That driver is the boss. Not us. More than 200 people work for us. Washers, managers, mechanics, people in the shop and in the office. What kind of company we are Doers. No talking, just doing. The management is on the wash line themselves, so if there's an issue, you don't have to go up three levels for an answer. Your diploma matters less to us than whether you show up and get stuck in. Many people here have hit a dead end elsewhere and found their place with us. You don't get a permanent spot in the core team of a location for free – you earn it. Besides the wash lines, we have a Truck Shop, an online shop, a restaurant, and our own technical service. And we build our own software because we believe the work should be made easier, not more stressful. What we are not Not an office company. No meeting about the next meeting. Things move fast here, and it's sometimes messy. That's part of it, and we'd rather say it honestly than have you find out yourself after two weeks.
