Drawing on nearly two decades in life sciences, my career has been anchored in Human Resources, complemented by leadership across Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and Business Operations, including running investor roadshows and managing board communications alongside HR. That dual perspective shapes every engagement: connecting people decisions to capital strategy, compliance, and organizational readiness. Because I have built my career inside these companies rather than advising from the outside, I understand their culture from the ground up: the urgency, the resilience, and the mission that draws talented people to this work.
