Tri-County Care CCO is sponsored by the New York State Hamaspik Association Inc. NYSHA is proud of its rich heritage working with the I-DD community for over two decades. NYSHA services, funded by the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities or OPWDD, include MSC, residential and respite care, community habilitation, family supports, day services, EMODs, ABA, Article 16, self-directed care services and vocational, as well as, job coaching services.
