Trapil – "Société des Transports Pétroliers par Pipeline" – was founded in 1950 following the eponymous law, which authorized the construction and operation of a pipeline and its ancillary facilities for the transport of hydrocarbons between Basse-Seine and the Paris Region. As a committed player in the energy transition, we are dedicating a growing share of our R&D and investment capacities to the delivery of new energies (biofuels and synthetic fuels, etc.), notably planning to evolve our infrastructures to imagine the transport of tomorrow's energies. Our networks: Trapil operates three pipeline networks: -The Le Havre/Paris (LHP) network, which we own. -The Mediterranean/Rhône Pipeline (PMR). -The NATO Common Defense Oil Pipelines (ODC). Thanks to these three networks, we transport over 35 million tons of petroleum products each year, including automotive fuels, jet fuels, and domestic heating oils. More than half of French consumption of these products passes through our infrastructures. Our services: Beyond the transport of petroleum products, TRAPIL offers an extensive range of services in many areas related to pipeline operation, including: Engineering and construction: Design and execution of pipeline projects. Integrity and inspection: Maintenance and monitoring of infrastructures. Measurement and quality: Control and quality assurance of transported products. Audits and consulting: Expertise and technical advice to optimize performance and safety. Committed to professional equality, diversity, and inclusion, we welcome all talents.
