About Trao

Our mission is to change the way organizations work. We bring that mission to life by operating as an R&D lab for mid-market and enterprise organizations. We study how work actually happens today, reimagine what’s possible, and build software and AI systems that fundamentally change how teams operate. Within our lab, we build everything from system automations that make teams 10x more productive to domain-specific, fine-tuned models that achieve what Google's foundational models cannot. The problems we tackle are ones that the industry considers years away from being solved. For instance, we've fully automated the entire design process for the home textile industry. Across every project, our focus is to push technical boundaries to deliver the products that are needed but not yet believed to be achievable. Behind the scenes is a team of engineers, designers, and creative heads obsessed with precision and execution, solving real business problems through what most people would call impossible automations. For years, our work has mostly stayed behind the scenes - but its impact across industries has been massive. Now, we’re ready to 100x that impact.
