National supplier, the Transgourmet group delivers raw materials and fresh products throughout France, including meat, fish, fruits and vegetables, as well as grocery and frozen items, necessary for all demanding and committed professionals, whether they are restaurateurs or bakers. Transgourmet France is a subsidiary of the Transgourmet Holding group. The group has 3120 employees across 6 business areas: logistics, transport, commerce, purchasing and supply, specialized trades, and support functions. With over 80,000 clients, both independent and organized, in the catering, collective catering, and baking sectors, Transgourmet France achieved a turnover of 1.2 billion euros in 2018. In July 2008, the Transgourmet France group was born from the merger of the ALDIS, Prodirest, and Comptoir des Artisans brands. In 2010, the Coop group, specializing in mass distribution in Europe, acquired all shares of Transgourmet France, becoming the sole shareholder of the group. Transgourmet France is therefore today a subsidiary of the Coop group and an integral part of Transgourmet Holding. In 2012, Transgourmet France acquired the Alsatian company Eurocash, which became Transgourmet Cash&Carry in 2017. Today, Transgourmet France consists of 5 brands: - Transgourmet Opérations, distributor for food professionals: food supplier for independents, collective catering, and baking. - Transgourmet Fruits & Légumes: offers a wide range of fresh fruits and vegetables in the Ile-de-France region. - Transgourmet Seafood: specialist in the distribution of seafood products for the catering industry. - Transgourmet Export - Transgourmet Cash&Carry: our store located at the gates of Strasbourg.
