About Tower Supplies

At Tower Supplies, we appreciate feedback from people who have worked for us so we can build on the positive and learn from any negative experiences. Tower Supplies have used Indeed for some years; however we have had some reviews which we believe do not reflect who we are. Tower Supplies is a successful family run company, established 30 years ago and we are proud of our record of exceeding customer expectations. This is reflected in the way we recruit, develop and retain a high performing workforce. Our employment package and benefits are better than many of our competitors, which includes what is known as ‘Fat-Friday’ where every employee is given a free really lovely lunch box. We are always striving and offer a work culture workplace environment that attracts and retains superior employees and we keep the message simple: the well-being of employees and customers are our primary aim and see ourselves as an employer of choice in the Poole area. Our goals include valuing, encouraging, and supporting a diverse workforce; continually improving individual and organizational effectiveness; anticipating and meeting the changing needs of the workforce / family; championing career and professional growth; and enhancing services through technology. Our values promote honesty, integrity, and trust; we honour our commitments and conduct business in a manner that promotes fairness, respect, honesty, and trust. We celebrate teamwork, encouraging the diversity of thoughts, experiences, and backgrounds and celebrating participation and partnership in all of our endeavours. We encourage communication, soliciting the input of others and striving for transparency and inclusiveness. We focus on our customers, having a passion for service and are committed to knowing our customers’ business, anticipating their needs, and exceeding expectations. We embrace change and innovation, being open to possibility and fostering creativity and risk-taking to support continuous improvement.
