Too Sweet Cakes is a boutique bakery founded in 2016 with their first location opening in 2018 in Bend, Oregon. After two years of serving the Bend community they launched their second location in Lake Oswego, Oregon. When Shelbi was seven she began drawing pictures and writing recipes which were used to help shape the vision for the bakery. Through many opportunities in the industry and culinary school Shelbi set off on an adventure she pursued relentlessly. After culinary school Too Sweet Cakes launched - starting out selling treats to several coffee shops, restaurants, and food carts. Three years later you can find their products in 60 locations across Oregon and thats only the beginning. They are getting ready to launch into the sweetest part of our story in Scottsdale, Arizona. We believe every occasion is one worth celebrating and sweet treats are some of the best ways to bring people together and put smiles on their faces. We've been blessed to get to share our love for creating delicious baked goods and we feel a calling to share these gifts with others. Our main goal is to Love people well through pastries. Thank you for supporting and believing in our story. We feel so honored to get to share the story of that 7 year old girl and help bring joy to any occasion.
