Founded in 2019 by Astrid Parmentier and Pauline Faivre, Tom and Josette's mission is to develop social cohesion by reconnecting generations throughout the territory. Tom&Josette is the first network of intergenerational micro-nurseries, located within the living spaces of the elderly (nursing homes, senior residences, etc.). Each team creates the conditions for optimal reception so that Tom awakens and learns to be part of society. It is both simple and revolutionary. Simple because this idea is as old as the world: before, we lived with our elders, who held a central place in our existences and social lives until their very old age. Revolutionary because no one had yet deployed it as we are doing, and this model can profoundly change our society. The Tom&Josette network currently has 10 nurseries, 55 employees, and plans for a hundred openings by 2025.
