About tlg talent

tlg talent is a consultancy and executive search agency specialising in FMCG, Lifestyle & Retail, Ecommerce, Professional Services, Property & Construction, Tech, Media & Telco (TMT), and Energy & Utilities, predominantly in the UK & Ireland. We are driven to provide the most sought-after talent for our clients, nurturing relationships to ensure we become trusted talent partners. Our bespoke approach to each situation ensures that both client and candidate receive an individual solution to their needs. At TLG talent, we can support our clients with both contract and permanent solutions, whether that be on an Executive, Retained, or Contingent search basis. We offer a close partnership working with internal Talent Acquisition functions and MSP/RPO programmes, or working with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers directly. We have expertise in supporting small start-ups to source talent to shape and grow their business, through to large global multi-national organisations. Through our client partnerships, we help to understand the importance of social matters to support their corporate agendas, increasing the placement of individuals from under-represented communities, and promoting ED&I at all levels.
