About TLC Management Co

As a Chicago-based company that exclusively owns and operates each of its rental communities, TLC has a local bond, presence and commitment to adhere to the highest standards. This philosophy offers you much more than a rental apartment. You can also count on great customer service. TLC demands the highest standards of performance and integrity from our employees and those with whom we do business. We continually strive to ensure that we meet or exceed expectations. This is reflected by our consistently high customer service satisfaction and industry awards.
