Technology for people Electrical engineering is becoming increasingly smart, making life and work easier, safer, and more efficient. It's not about the technology itself, but about the added value for the end-user. Attention to people and the environment Tijssens Electrotechniek will celebrate its centenary in 2020. This is a milestone for our organization, and we want to underpin this unique fact with an ambitious CSR policy. The history of our company is built on a number of pillars that are in the DNA of all our employees. These historical pillars also form the basis of our CSR policy. Together for each other As an organization, Tijssens is among people. People have been central to our policy since our founding. We pay attention to our employees, but also to people who are having a tougher time and need a helping hand. We invest heavily in training, absence prevention, and the safety of our people. Sustainability We are very aware of our responsibility regarding sustainability in our business operations. We are therefore alert to the sustainable options we can offer our customers and relations. Reducing emissions, managing waste streams, and the finiteness of our raw materials are key points of our policy.
