About Tiendanimal

Our company was founded in 2006 in Malaga by two animal lovers, Jorge Goldberg and Jose Antonio Alarcon. Tiendanimal was born as an online business, with the goal of improving the shopping experience for pet owners and offering excellent quality products. We offer a wide variety of products from major brands and services for all types of pets. Additionally, Tiendanimal has several proprietary brands and exclusive sales of high quality, thanks to the exhaustive controls established during the product lifecycle and its production process. In 2013, Tiendanimal opened its first physical store in Malaga. Currently, we have 64 stores between Spain and Portugal. E-commerce is present in Spain, Portugal, France, and Italy. Our 64 stores are designed in a 360-degree environment. Customers can visit them accompanied by their pets and enjoy a complete shopping experience, products and services designed for pet well-being (Grooming, Spa, Agility, veterinary services, etc.), being a meeting place for all pet lovers. Tiendanimal stands out for its solid values, which are embodied in a fundamental ethical principle: absolute love and respect for animals. Therefore, we do not sell animals, nor do we sell products or services that could harm them. We have an ambitious adoption plan in collaboration with the main animal shelters in the country and carry out multiple activities to promote responsible pet ownership. In short, we are the leading omnichannel multinational company, striving to facilitate coexistence and enjoyment between pets and people, through permanent innovation, generating a bond of trust with our customers. To achieve this, we rely on the work, passion, and commitment of hundreds of highly talented professionals who are the fundamental pillar of our company.
