About Ticket for Change

In a world where ecological and social issues are increasingly pressing, 94% of French people want to get involved in addressing these challenges (TfC x Occurrence study). However, within the education system and the workplace, we are not taught to develop our power to act. We need people who imagine, embody, and build a just and sustainable world. For 10 years, we have been the school for these pioneers of tomorrow's world. Our mission is to detect them, support them, and highlight them. We transmit the human and strategic skills to positively influence the future and we create powerful collectives to nourish their energy and multiply their impact. We support 3 types of people who wish to act for tomorrow's world: Social entrepreneurs, whom we help to launch their impact projects while developing their entrepreneurial leadership and their ability to take care of their mental health. Young people, from middle school to 28 years old, whom we support to discover their talents, develop an entrepreneurial mindset, and understand the issues of ecological and social transition. Committed leaders and employees in companies, to whom we give the tools and the power to act concretely on ecological and social issues. Our impact We have already supported the creation of over 1000 positive impact companies (including Yuka, Meet my Mama, and La Vie est Belt), supported 250 companies in their transformation, and reached 170,000 people through our programs and events. Within 3 years, we aim to reach 60,000 more. Our programs The Entrepreneur Journey: supporting the first steps of impact entrepreneurs. The Ticket Camp: revealing the talents of young people (18-28 years old) in the territories. Oasis: taking care of the well-being and mental health of experienced entrepreneurs after several years of commitment. Corporate for Change: disseminating committed leadership within companies.
