About Thirsty Lion

Thirsty Lion's mission is to evolve the gastropub business by creating a place where friends and family can come together, celebrate life and enjoy hand-crafted food, beer and cocktails. Our foundation is simple, take care of the guest! Our managers and employees share this one simple philosophy: We train our employees to exceed the expectations of our guests by engaging them, tailoring their service and working as a team. Our training encompasses all aspects of enhancing the guest experience; from the high energy atmosphere when a guest arrives, to assisting the guests with their menu selections. We hire people that are friendly, take pride in what they do and share a passion for taking care of every guest.
