About TheraPlay Pediatrics

Our mission at Oklahoma Pediatric Therapy Center (OPTC) is to Serve Christ by Providing Pediatric Therapy and that mission is a core foundation on which every decision is made. Founded in 2014, Oklahoma Pediatric Therapy Center has served children and their families in the central Oklahoma area for 12 years. From six patients a day in 2014 to over 63,000 appointments in 2025, OPTC has both grown and been able to retain a small family oriented environment that is hard to find in today's workplace. You should come work at OPTC because it is a family! So much support and love throughout the company! I love working at OPTC because of the relationships I build with my patients and their families. OPTC is special because everyone truly cares about one another and is on mission to help kids reach their potential. With locations in Yukon, El Reno, North Oklahoma City, and most recently, Moore, OPTC has a large footprint in the OKC metro area. OPTC also provides services in several schools across the area. We offer Speech, Occupational, Physical, and ABA therapy as well as having a team of Psychologists that provide both diagnostic testing and behavior therapy. OPTC takes pride in the culture that has been created over the last twelve years and we consider that culture to be one of the biggest reasons that our employee retention is the highest it's ever been in the company's history, with currently 20 staff members who have been with OPTC for over 4 years, including 4 who have been on the team since the day that the doors first opened. OPTC added forty-two new members in the last year and continues to grow as we seek to provide excellent care to families in our area.
