Theodo GovTech (formerly Solona) is the latest startup specializing in GovTech (technology for citizens and public services) founded by Theodo group in 2022. It is also the meeting of 2 founders: - Maxime, a public sector expert, who has been supporting administrations in their transformation through digital for over 15 years. - Matthieu, then at Theodo as a senior architect, who wants to enter the public sector and is looking for an expert to support him on the subject. Our vision for Solona: to become the key partner for administrations in carrying out digital projects for citizens, associations, and businesses, with a positive, direct, measurable, and controlled impact. Through our experience in lean and tech, combined with our knowledge of the public sector, we design and develop projects for better public service and a better citizen experience. Some intervention projects in 2023: - Pass culture: participation in the creation of the Pass Culture mobile application to diversify cultural consumption among young people. - for a national social support actor: creation of a tool to improve the support of young people in their professional reintegration. - Support for hospitals in the cloud migration of their business tools
