The Weitz Company

About The Weitz Company

The Weitz Company is a full-service construction company, general contractor, design-builder and construction manager with office locations throughout the United States. Founded in 1855, Weitz is the oldest commercial general contractor construction company founded west of the Mississippi River and annually ranks in the top tier in the Engineering News-Record magazine’s list of Top 400 Contractors. Serving customers throughout the industrial and commercial sectors, our design-build construction capabilities set us apart from our competitors. Design-build construction means we work closely with our clients to envision their projects from the initial plans all the way through completion. This means they have a single point of contact throughout the entire process, ensuring the smoothest process and highest-quality finished product. With more than 100 years of family ownership in our history, clients know they can count on us to deliver the highest levels of integrity and professionalism. We’re proud to be a general contractor firm with a strong reputation for delivering on our promises and standing behind our work. This is why more than 75% of our business comes from repeat customers. The Weitz Company is a wholly-owned company of Orascom Construction PLC.
