The Village at Gainesville

About The Village at Gainesville

For more than four decades, The Village at Gainesville has been home to seniors who want a maintenance-free lifestyle and who value the freedom of a vibrant, diverse and affordable senior living community. Here, living well means living life on your terms and finding a true sense of belonging, security for the future and well-being for today. It means spending your days doing what you love most and enjoying laughter, friendship and happiness. The Village at Gainesville is a nonprofit organization. That means our community and our sponsor company, SantaFe Senior Living, reinvest earnings to continually enhance services and programming for our residents. As a nonprofit, we’re able to manage our financial resources in accordance with our mission, and our long-standing values are reflected in our governance and management. The Village is committed to helping older adults live their best lives. SantaFe Senior Living has created this amenity-rich senior living community on a professionally maintained 104-acre campus. With nine different living choices, The Village at Gainesville offers 511 apartment homes, 96 assisted living apartments and 32 memory support apartment homes. Our mission is to enrich the life of each senior we serve. Our vision is to be the trusted choice for seniors. We strive every day to be Collaborative, Accountable, Respectful, Ethical and Service-driven and we’ll do whatever we can to make a positive difference in the lives of all those we serve.
