About The Tour Guy

At The Tour Guy, we're not your run-of-the-mill company; we're a team of travel enthusiasts, adventure seekers, culture cravers and tech mavens who thrive on providing real, authentic, and memorable experiences. Forget the mundane and hierarchy —join us on a journey where your talents can shine, your ideas matter, and having a good time is part of the job. Born from offering a single tour off the streets of Rome, our co-founders knew there was a better way to travel: smaller groups, exclusive access, outstanding guides with remarkable stories to tell, and service that makes customers want to hit the “that was easy” button. This philosophy has catapulted us to offer thousands of tours across hundreds of destinations, and we're just getting started. Aside from offering exciting career opportunities, we offer benefits that are important to your well-being: Very competitive salaries, health, vision, and dental benefits Flexible vacation policy and paid holidays Revel in the freedom of a fully remote or hybrid work setup with offices strategically located in key European cities. Being part of The Tour Guy means being part of a team that values genuine connections, freedom to maximize life and travel, and, of course, having a good time (and food!) along the way.
